The Puppy Pilates Experience
Our sessions are a blend of Mat Pilates exercises with the joy of interacting with our adorable puppies. You'll flow through a series of core-strengthening exercises while puppies roam freely. Following the class, participants will have the chance to spend quality time with the puppies. This is a perfect opportunity to relax, cuddle, and capture some memorable photos and videos.

Step Up for Students — Approved Provider
Pawsitively Pilates is an approved Step Up for Students provider. Eligible homeschool students and scholarship families may be able to use their scholarship funds toward qualifying classes and programs at Pawsitively Pilates.

About Our Family
We're a husband and wife duo who've called Trinity , Florida home for over 23 years. Our shared love for wellness and animals has grown into a one of a kind business where people and puppies feel equally welcome. Together, we're raising two amazing daughters (ages 13 and 15), and a 4-year-old goldendoodle.
